Originating from the southwestern region of Nigeria, this mouthwatering dish combines the rich, nutty flavour of ground melon seeds with a vibrant medley of tomatoes, onions, red bell peppers, scotch bonnet peppers, succulent chunks of tender assorted meats (beef, cow foot, tripe) and aromatic spices laced with fresh green leafy vegetables.
The resulting taste and texture are timeless …both savoury and satisfying!

- Fun fact – Oha leaves are never sliced or shredded with knife as this is known to make the leaves lose its lush green colour, hence it is tenderly cut to pieces with just the fingers.

Keep frozen until ready to use.

Microwave:
Defrost in the microwave or thaw in the fridge.
Open the cover of the tub slightly and microwave on high heat for 6-8mins.
Stir halfway through heating for even distribution and heat for another 2mins.
After heating: Allow to stand for 1min.
