Mixing
Empty Puff Puff mix into a mixing bow
Add 530ml of lukewarm water.
Mix until smooth and elastic.
Cover and leave the dough to rise for about 1hr in a warm room, against or on a hot radiator.
Frying
Use a deep-frying pot.
Heat oil on medium heat for 15mins,
Scoop golf ball sizes of the batter into the hot oil
Keep fingers close together during the scooping motion.
Fry until golden brown
Drain on a good quality kitchen towel.
Allow to stand for a few minutes before serving.

Before heating: Remove packaging and place product on a microwavable plate and heat at suggested times shown. Do not stack product. Ensure food is piping hot.

Before heating: Pre-heat oven. Remove packaging and place product on a grease proof or non-stick baking paper on a baking tray in the centre of the pre-heated oven and heat at suggested times shown. Do not stack product. Ensure food is piping hot.

After heating: Allow to stand for 1min.
